Can I cancel my event request?
Yes, you can cancel event requests before they are approved. However, repeated cancellations may affect your star rating and future access to events.
What happens if I miss an event I was accepted for?
Missing approved events without prior cancellation will result in a negative impact on your star rating. We recommend canceling as early as possible if you cannot attend.
